NVBDC's Annual Veteran Matchmaking & Marketplace Conference is our premier event that serves as a platform to support service-disabled and veteran-owned businesses (SD/VOBs) by connecting them with our valued corporate members. As our national signature event, it embodies our steadfast and unwavering mission to empower veteran-owned business growth in the private sector, through education, meaningful networking, and strategic matchmaking initiatives.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Registration Fees
A) Registration and matchmaking fees are bundled into a single package for your convenience.
B) Please note that NVBDC
cannot guarantee 1:1 matchmaking request.
C)
For Veterans Only: Group registrations (selecting a quantity of 2 or more) requires matchmaking information to be entered only once per company (information needed for just 1 representative).
D)
For Corporations Only: If multiple individuals from your organization will be participating in matchmaking for different commodity groups, please ensure that only 1 person registers for matchmaking - per commodity.

2) Required Matchmaking Information: Ensure you have the following information ready before you start your registration:
A) A brief overview of your company
B) Relevant NAICS codes (all that apply)
C) Keywords for your products and/or services
D)
For SD/VOBs: Please upload your capability statement, ensuring it is no larger than 5 MB. You can compress your PDF using this free tool:

3) Additional Opportunities:
Corporate Members Only: Consider securing an Exhibit Hall Booth {6ft table with 2 chairs} for added visibility to promote your brand, network, and distribute materials. Booth registration is limited to 1 per group or individual registration. If your company wishes to request additional booths, please contact Paulette Goodman or Amy Applewhite.
4) Veteran Marketplace: October 29th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Join us at the Veteran Marketplace/Trade Show—a dynamic gathering where veteran business owners come together to showcase their finest capabilities! This is an opportunity for veterans to engage with fellow entrepreneurs and corporations, facilitating partnership & progress.
